ORDER COMMUNICATION:

Most of our communication is sent via EMAIL. Please use an address that you check frequently in order to ensure the best level of communication. It is your responsibility to check your emails (including SPAM) for reminders and important information regarding your order. If you miss your pick up time, a time will be re-scheduled at the discrepancy of Cookie Momsta DFW and subject to our business hours and availability. Missing your appointment pickup time could result in your products not being available in time for your event needs. Reminders are sent the week of your appointment via email. Invoices (if required) for balances due are sent the week of your appointment and must be paid before pickup, no exceptions.

Products are not available without full payment. Balances due MAY be paid in cash if you are picking up at the Cookie Cabin in Springtown. Aurora pickups must be paid in full BEFORE pickup. NO cash is accepted at Aurora. 

REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS:

We do not offer refunds on fulfilled custom products for any reason. If you need to CANCEL an order prior to your event, your request must be received 72 hours or more before your scheduled pickup time. All cancelled orders will be charged a $20 booking fee, as long as they are cancelled outside the 72 hour window. Rush orders (orders that were placed the week-of) are 100% non refundable for any reason.

Appointment/orders cancelled 72 hours or less from your scheduled pickup time are 100% non refundable for any deposits or payments made.

Cancelled orders that were already in progress, or already created, WILL be made available for purchase to our customer base, via Social Media or the Cookie Cabin at the discretion of Cookie Momsta DFW.

We desire for each of our customers to be 100% satisfied with our products. If for some reason, you are dissatisfied with your delivered product, please contact Cookie Momsta within 24 hours of pick-up/delivery at CookieMomstaDFW@gmail.com.

ORDER CHANGES: 
All requested changes will be evaluated and considered, subject to Cookie Momsta DFW schedule. Appointment changes are not considered "accepted" until you have heard a response from us. Email CookieMomstaDFW@gmail.com.

PICKUP DATE CHANGES: Must be requested 10+ days in advance of your already scheduled pickup date.

PICKUP TIME CHANGES: Must be requested 48 hours or more before your already scheduled pickup time. 

No changes will be accepted within 24 hours of pickup time.

PICK UP:
Please do not arrive early with the expectation that your products will magically be available.  Weekly orders are precisely scheduled to allow for product completion, dry time, and packaging time. We appreciate your patience in this process.

For Aurora pick-ups: Due to the porch pickup locker being contactless and outdoors, please arrive in your 30 minute appointment window (ie 4:00-4:30). We have structured pickups in a way that we feel allows our products to remain at their best during the short timeframe while being subject to weather. If there are problems with your pickup time, please contact us prior to pickup. As a very small shop, we may occasionally run a bit behind with your order while packing. We try to communicate as thoroughly as possible during the process. 

Weather

Cookie Momsta DFW is not to he held responsible for products that have adverse affects from heat or cold exposure due to the client failing to arrive within their scheduled time window. We ensure our products are safe from contamination and icing failures during schedule pickup time window only. For this reason, we do not put products out early.

For Cookie Cabin Pickups: Simply arrive within the published cookie cabin hours to pick up your order. We are happy to take cash or payment for any remaining balances at that time, if needed, but prefer for orders to be paid online prior to pickup.
